- Benjamin Barker Dundee Ltd offers a fourteen-day cancellation policy with a full refund on gift cards, provided they haven’t been redeemed against a service.
- The Gift Voucher represents a monetary value and is redeemable against services until the value runs out. Gift Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes.

Benjamin Barker Dundee Ltd Printed and E-Vouchers are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against services provided at Benjamin Barker Dundee Ltd’s 212a Perth Rd location.
- Gift Vouchers are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
- If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will be credited to you in a voucher and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
- If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card, unless you have an existing store credit voucher in which case the store credit gift voucher will be redeemed for the remaining balance of your order. If the remaining balance exceeds the value of your store credit as well, you must pay the remaining balance by credit card.
- If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will be credited to you in a voucher as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
- Gift Vouchers will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
- Benjamin Barker Dundee Ltd is not liable for delivery of a Gift Voucher to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
